CHILLAB started with a carry-on suitcase and a question that wouldn't go away.

Our founder spent years living between cities—Toronto, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong—chasing a schedule that demanded she show up polished, prepared, and always "on." Her suitcase was a system: products for flights, products for humidity, products for cameras, products for dinners.

But the heaviest thing wasn't the luggage. It was the maintenance. The constant low-grade anxiety of checking reflections. The bathroom breaks taken just to "fix" things. The feeling that confidence was a fragile construction that needed constant supervision.

One night, delayed at an airport with a 40-pound bag, she realized:
