When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order tracking number and the tracking link. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Track Order' page for updates.

What if i receive missing, wrong, or damaged items?
Please email us at hello@chillab.net and provide your order number along with a photo of what you received.
All missing, wrong or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
What’s your return policy?
